4.1 Conduct: You undertake to treat teachers and fellow learners with respect. Offensive behavior may lead to exclusion.
4.2 Participation: You are responsible for attending courses regularly and punctually.
4.3 Own Content: Learning materials may not be passed on or reproduced without consent.
5.1 Freelancing: Teachers generally work on a freelance basis and are not employed by Spielkonig, unless otherwise agreed.
5.2 Remuneration: Fees are agreed in advance and are subject to the respective tax regulations.
5.3 Qualifications: Teachers must have proven language skills and pedagogical suitability.
6.1 Security Measures: Our platform uses modern security standards to protect your data and communication.
6.2 Limitation of Liability: Spielkonig is not liable for indirect damages, technical faults, or interruptions beyond our control.
6.3 Insurance: Participants and teachers are responsible for their own private insurance, if any.
7.1 Data Collection: We collect personal data for course execution and user support. Details can be found in our privacy policy.
7.2 Use: Your data will only be used within the scope of our services (e.g., course administration, support, marketing with consent).
8.1 Ownership: All content on our website and app (e.g., texts, graphics, logos) is the property of Spielkonig or appropriately licensed.
8.2 Use: Reproduction or distribution is not permitted without explicit consent.
9.1 Blocking: Spielkonig reserves the right to block or delete accounts in case of violations of the GTC.
9.2 Account Deletion: You can have your account deleted at any time by sending an email to support@spielkonig.de.
These GTC are subject to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. The place of jurisdiction is – as far as legally permissible – Berlin.
